Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei to Brief UN Security Council on AI

Anthropic PBC CEO Dario Amodei is set to brief the United Nations Security Council on Wednesday alongside OpenAI CEO Sam Altman during a meeting dedicated to the future of artificial intelligence. Amodei is scheduled to address the council remotely, according to a program of the meeting seen by Bloomberg News. Other briefers will be Yoshua Bengio , who co-chairs the UN’s panel on AI, Hugging Face CEO Clement Delangue , and Altman, whose attendance was previously reported by Reuters.
