Datavault AI to Launch Three Exchange Platforms on September 15th as Company Enters its Commercial Phase September 08, 2026 8:18am EDT Launch of IDE®, NILv™ and APEX™ establish the foundation of Datavault AI’s data valuation and tokenization platform PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Datavault AI Inc. (Nasdaq: DVLT) (“Datavault AI” or the “Company”), an Artificial Intelligence Platform (“AIP”) company providing data monetization, credentialing, digital engagement, real-world asset (“RWA”) tokenization and spatial audio technologies, today announced that its Information Data Exchange® (“IDE®”), NIL Vault (“NILv™”) and American Political Exchange (“APEX™”) are scheduled to launch on September 15, 2026. The launch represents an important milestone in Datavault AI’s transition from building the infrastructure to commercial deployment and execution. IDE® will serve as Datavault AI’s flagship exchange platform and the foundation of the Company’s broader exchange strategy. The platform is designed to enable data and other real-world assets to be identified, authenticated, scored, valued, tokenized and monetized while allowing data owners to maintain ownership and control of their underlying data. NILv™ and APEX™ extend Datavault AI’s technology into purpose-built markets focused on name, image and likeness rights and political data, and related information assets, respectively. “For years, we have been building Datavault around a fundamental conviction: data is the asset,” said Nathaniel Bradley, Chief Executive Officer of Datavault AI. “Individuals and organizations should be able to own their data, control it, establish its value and participate in the economic value it creates. We identified a fundamental problem; enormous amounts of valuable data are created every day without an efficient infrastructure for owners to establish ownership, determine value and monetize it. We believe Datavault AI’s intellectual property and infrastructure provide a solution to that problem.” “Building this platform, the technology, and infrastructure behind it has taken time, and I want to personally thank our shareholders for their patience, continued support and confidence in what we are building,” Bradley continued. “We know they have been waiting to see the strategy we have spent years building translate into commercial execution. We do not take that patience or trust for granted. As we enter this next phase, our focus is on delivering results and demonstrating the value of what we have built.” Three Exchange Platforms Launching September 15 Information Data Exchange® (IDE®) — Datavault AI’s Flagship Exchange IDE® is Datavault AI’s flagship patented data valuation, tokenization and exchange platform and serves as the foundation of the Company’s broader data monetization ecosystem. The platform is designed to provide a marketplace and transactional engine for the secure, real-time valuation, scoring, tokenization and monetization of data and other real-world assets. IDE® is designed to enable organizations and individuals to unlock the economic potential of their data while retaining ownership and control of the underlying information. Datavault AI’s architecture is designed to perform data valuation, scoring, tokenization and monetization without moving, ingesting, storing or altering a customer’s original dataset. The Company’s technology can create authenticated digital twins, tokenized assets and immutable metadata objects designed to establish a digital representation, ownership and provenance of an underlying asset. IDE® incorporates Datavault AI’s DataScore® and DataValue® technologies. DataScore® is designed to assess the quality and attributes of data, while DataValue® is designed to establish economic value, providing a framework through which data can progress from information to a measurable and potentially monetizable asset. IDE® reflects the principle around which Datavault AI has built its Data Sciences business: data itself can be an asset. The platform provides infrastructure designed to allow data owners to establish ownership, understand value and create opportunities to monetize that value. NIL Vault (NILv™) — Name, Image and Likeness NILv™ applies Datavault AI’s data valuation, digital twin and tokenization technologies to name, image and likeness rights. The platform is designed to provide athletes and other rights holders with infrastructure to establish, manage, value, license and monetize their NIL rights and related digital assets. Datavault AI’s technology enables digital twins and NIL licensing by securely associating real-world rights and assets with immutable metadata. NILv™ is designed to provide greater control and transparency for rights holders while creating infrastructure through which NIL rights and associated assets can be authenticated, valued and commercialized. The platform represents a purpose-built application of Datavault AI’s broader technology to a market in which identity, ownership, rights, provenance and value must be securely established and managed. American Political Exchange (APEX™) — Political Data and Advertising The platform is designed to bring greater transparency and auditability to political data and related transactions through blockchain and immutable-data technologies. By creating auditable records associated with political information and related transactions, APEX™ is designed to provide increased transparency while operating within applicable federal and state requirements. APEX™ represents another application of Datavault AI’s broader exchange strategy: using common data authentication, valuation, tokenization and exchange infrastructure to create specialized marketplaces for distinct categories of data and assets. NYIAX Adds Institutional-Grade Market Infrastructure Datavault AI completed its acquisition of NYIAX, Inc. on August 19, 2026. NYIAX brings an asset-agnostic infrastructure stack that includes exchange technology, blockchain settlement rails and a portfolio of four issued U.S. patents covering the electronic trading, matching, transfer, settlement and lifecycle management of variable and contract-based inventories across multiple markets. NYIAX’s technology is designed to support institutional-grade matching and order management as well as price discovery, standardized contracting, liquidity formation and secondary-market participation. The infrastructure was initially applied to advertising, where NYIAX demonstrated how guaranteed media inventory could be standardized, priced, traded and re-traded using financial-market principles and blockchain-based settlement. Within the Datavault AI ecosystem, these capabilities are intended to complement the Company’s existing valuation and tokenization technologies by extending the lifecycle of an asset from origination and valuation through tokenization, commercialization and market participation. “Our objective has never been simply to create a token,” Bradley said. “We are building infrastructure designed to identify an asset, authenticate it, establish its value, tokenize it and create a pathway to monetize it. NYIAX adds institutional-grade market infrastructure designed around matching, price discovery, contracting, transactions and settlement.” “Tokenization by itself does not create a market,” Bradley continued. “By combining Datavault AI’s valuation and tokenization technologies with NYIAX’s market infrastructure, we believe we are building a foundation capable of supporting specialized exchanges across multiple asset classes.” Entering the Execution Phase As discussed during the Company’s August 19 earnings call, Datavault AI has spent the first half of 2026 assembling and integrating the technologies, infrastructure and strategic capabilities required to bring its platforms to market at scale. The September 15 launch of IDE®, NILv™ and APEX™ represents the next step in that strategy, with the Company increasingly focused on driving adoption, scaling its platforms and converting commercial opportunities into recognized revenue and measurable operating results. “September 15 is an important milestone, but it is not the finish line,” Bradley concluded. “We spent years building the foundation. Now our responsibility is to put that foundation to work and demonstrate what it can produce. Our priorities are clear: launch these platforms, drive adoption and convert the opportunities we have developed into revenue,” Bradley concluded. “That is where our attention is focused, and that is how we intend to measure our progress.” About Datavault AI Datavault AI Inc.
