Lift and escalator manufacturer Kone is Finland's most reputable company, according to the results of the latest Reputation & Trust survey . "The company shot straight to the top of the rankings like a rocket. Such a high reputation score indicates that all aspects of the organization’s reputation are at a good or excellent level," noted Riku Ruokolahti , Director of Development at Reputation and Trust Analytics. The survey asks respondents to rate a company on a five-point scale, with any score above 4.00 considered to be "excellent". A score of 3.50–3.99 indicates a good reputation. Kone scored 4.01, with forest machine manufacturer Ponsse coming second in the rankings on 4.00, while third place went to food and confectionery company Fazer (3.97). Aside from Kone, other big movers in the list included grocery chain K-Group, which overtook its retail rival S-Group, as well as Finland's mail carrier Posti. "Posti has been on an upward trajectory for quite some time now. The company has made one of the biggest gains in brand reputation we've seen in our entire history of tracking," Ruokolahti said. The reputations of both firms deteriorated even further compared to last year's results, with Temu now on 2.09 and Shein at the very bottom of the pile on 1.85. "Temu’s reputation in Finland is even weaker than in the other Nordic countries — in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark, its reputation has actually improved somewhat," Ruokolahti noted. "In this sense, it can be said that Finns are more critical of companies selling ultra-fast fashion and junk than citizens of other Nordic countries." A total of 11,240 people in Finland responded to the online survey between May and June this year, with a margin of error of 0.92 percent.
