Product Safety Information Notice on Balloons sold on the Temu platform Notice details Publication date: 28 August 2026 A safety issue has been identified with 23pcs Colour Mixture Balloons sold by LELO Balloons on the Temu platform. The product poses a chemical risk due to excessive levels of N-nitrosamines and N-nitrosatable substances. Children may be exposed through skin contact or mouthing the balloons which can harm children’s health. The batch number is B20231007. The model number is XR0100. The Temu Goods ID is 601101190128703. There are approximately 50 affected products in the Republic of Ireland. What to do: Consumers should stop using the product immediately and keep it out of the reach of children. TEMU has contacted affected consumers regarding this safety issue on behalf of the seller and assisted them with the refund process.
