Malar Group Acquires Freeda Malar Group announced the acquisition of Freeda, a digital media and social media marketing company focused on creating original content for women and younger audiences. According to the company, Freeda’s portfolio includes social-first storytelling, branded content, influencer marketing, and digital publishing across multiple European markets. Payward Acquires Magic Labs’ Wallet-as-a-Service Business Payward announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the wallet-as-a-service business of Magic Labs, a leading non-custodial wallet infrastructure provider that has powered more than 60 million wallets, processed over US$10 billion in stablecoin volume, and serves more than 200,000 developers. According to Payward, the acquisition expands Payward Services, its B2B financial infrastructure platform, by adding embedded, non-custodial wallet capabilities alongside crypto trading, custody, tokenized assets, on- and off-ramps, derivatives, and payments.
