Choose how models are connected
Technical delivery is the easy part; compliance and reliability are harder. Three options, all deployed by us.
Standard access
Overseas models via a compliant API provider, used only for development and coding.
Chinese models
Chinese large models with resources purchased by you and paid directly to the cloud provider; servers in mainland China, so data stays in the country.
Private deployment
Models and data run entirely in your own data center or cloud — for mid-to-large enterprises and groups with strict data requirements.
Team collaboration and token usage management are built into the platform: who's using it, how much, and what it costs — all at a glance.
Questions you may have
How much does it cost?
A one-time fee for the system, and the business code is yours. After that, an annual service plan covers operations, upgrades, backups and a set amount of changes; anything beyond that is billed by usage. You pay your cloud provider directly for servers, with no markup from us. We quote a specific price once the scope is agreed in the consultation.
Do we need technical skills?
No. Day to day, you simply tell the system what's wrong or what you want changed. We take care of servers, backups, security and upgrades. Team members who want to make changes themselves can, but it's never required.
Do we have to replace our existing systems?
No. We connect to your existing systems first, then replace them piece by piece once things run smoothly — at your pace.
How long until we can use it?
We start with your most important workflow, with the first month as phase one, then expand from there. The exact scope is agreed in the consultation.
Is our data secure? Does it leave China?
Every deployment is dedicated to one company. Your data stays on your own servers; we only handle operations and never access, aggregate or analyze it. If you prefer not to use overseas models, we can use Chinese models on servers in mainland China so data never leaves the country.
Who owns the code?
The business code is yours — use it, change it, even resell it. The platform layer belongs to Heyuan; it remains available long-term and keeps being upgraded, but cannot be resold.
What do we need to provide?
Three things: explain the workflow, name one person who knows it best, and give that person access to your existing systems.
Who is this a good fit for?
Exporters, factory-traders and cross-border service providers with annual revenue above RMB 10 million and some business complexity — with one clear workflow to start with and someone who can work with us on it. If you're just looking for an off-the-shelf software account or a free trial, we're probably not the right fit yet.
What happens before signing?
We start with a consultation: your business, your current systems and the problem you most want to solve, to judge fit and where to begin. Detailed process mapping takes place after the contract is signed.
