Do we have to replace our existing systems?
No. We connect to your existing systems first, then replace them piece by piece once things run smoothly — at your pace.
How long until we can use it?
We start with your most important workflow, with the first month as phase one, then expand from there. The exact scope is agreed in the consultation.
Do we need technical skills?
No. Day to day, you simply tell the system what's wrong or what you want changed. We take care of servers, backups, security and upgrades. Team members who want to make changes themselves can, but it's never required.
Is our data secure? Does it leave China?
Every deployment is dedicated to one company. Your data stays on your own servers; we only handle operations and never access, aggregate or analyze it. If you prefer not to use overseas models, we can use Chinese models on servers in mainland China so data never leaves the country.
How much does it cost?
A one-time fee for the system, and the business code is yours. After that, an annual service plan covers operations, upgrades, backups and a set amount of changes; anything beyond that is billed by usage. You pay your cloud provider directly for servers, with no markup from us. We quote a specific price once the scope is agreed in the consultation.
